1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InsideFooty ("the Service"), a player development platform operated by Global Talent Leaders LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

InsideFooty is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables grassroots football clubs to:

• Track player development using the Four Corners model
• Record and analyse training session data
• Share progress updates with parents and guardians
• Award badges and recognise player achievements
• Manage team rosters and player information

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Accounts are available to individuals acting on behalf of football clubs ("Club Accounts"), coaches, and parents/guardians.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Log out of your account when using shared devices

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Collect personal data about other users without consent
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service

5. Player Data and Safeguarding

Club administrators and coaches agree to:

• Only upload player data with appropriate consent from parents/guardians
• Ensure player data is accurate and up to date
• Delete player data when a player leaves the club (or upon parent request)
• Only share access with authorised personnel
• Comply with your club's safeguarding policies
• Report any data breaches or safeguarding concerns to us immediately

Parents agree that they are the legal guardian of any child whose data they access through the Service.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Pricing

The Service is offered on a per-player, per-month subscription basis. Current pricing is displayed on our website and within the platform. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly based on the number of active players in your club at the start of each billing cycle. Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

6.3 Free Trial

New clubs may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with the Service within 14 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund.

6.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Global Talent Leaders LTD and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The InsideFooty name, logo, and all related names, logos, and slogans are our trademarks.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (including player data, photos, and notes). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

7.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use this feedback without obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of any data or analytics

Player development ratings and analytics are tools to support coaching decisions, not definitive assessments. Coaches should use professional judgement alongside the data provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Talent Leaders LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct on the Service
• Any other matter relating to the Service

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Talent Leaders LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload to the Service

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• Your payment method fails and is not resolved
• We are required to do so by law
• We reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users or the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will retain your data for 30 days, during which you may request an export. After 30 days, your data will be deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to address your concerns.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Global Talent Leaders LTD regarding the Service.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
