InsideFooty costs just 99p per player per month. You're only charged for active players in your club. There are no setup fees, no contracts, and you can cancel anytime. We also offer a free tier for clubs with up to 15 players and 1 team - perfect for trying out the platform before committing.

When you add a player, your next invoice will include a prorated charge for the remaining days in your billing cycle. When you remove a player, you won't be charged for them from the next billing cycle onwards. This means you only ever pay for the players actively using the platform.

Yes! As a club admin, you can invite other coaches from the Settings page. Simply create an invite link and share it via WhatsApp, email, or any messaging app. Invited coaches can create teams, add players, and run training sessions. Only club admins can manage billing and subscription settings.

After adding a player, you can invite their parent in two ways: enter their email address and they'll receive an invitation, or generate a share link that you can send via WhatsApp or any messaging app. Once they sign up using either method, they'll automatically be linked to their child and can view progress, session feedback, and earned badges from their own dashboard.

Yes, Club tier subscribers can export player development reports as PDFs. These are perfect for sharing with parents at progress meetings, or keeping records for your club. Each report includes historical ratings, trend analysis, and coach notes.

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription & Billing → Manage Subscription. When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is kept for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind. After that, it's permanently deleted.

Absolutely. We take data protection seriously, especially when it involves young people. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're GDPR compliant and never share your data with third parties. Only coaches in your club and linked parents can see player information.
